Today is about getting through your hurdles and breaking through barriers.  If you don’t have them today… trust and believe that you will.

But.. you’re still showing up on Day 8, and you’ve already made it further than so many have before.

Today is when you set boundaries and harness your momentum.  If it’s a new life that you want, you’re already on your way.  Keep going!

What barriers did you face in the past and what did you do to get through them?

Write them down and remind yourself how you got through it. This way the next time something gets in your way you know how to get past it.
