Ingredients
PREP: Combine Dry Dough Ingredients
- 1 package instant yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups all purpose flour
PREP: Combine Wet Dough Ingredients
- 2 egg substitutes
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup dairy free milk
PREP: Combine Filling Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
PREP: measure out icing Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 c dairy free milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- salt
Instructions
- Complete prep steps above. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and knead with hands or dough hook attachment to form ball of dough.
- Rest 15 minutes.
- Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thickness – make a rectangle so you can roll it into a log
- spread filling ingredients evenly over surface
- roll dough into a log and cut into 12 even rounds
- preheat over to 350 degrees
- place rolls on greased pan and let rise 1 hour (or until doubled)
- bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, combine icing ingredients while baking
- spread icing over warm rolls
