First live studio Peloton class in NYC!!

Spent an hour climbing a virtual version of Mount Mitchell on the Blue Ridge Parkway with Christian Vande Velde. Former pro cyclist, Olympian, and Tour de France broadcaster = super inspirational.

I've taken some of his classes online but there was something special about being in the room with him and being coached in real time. He has so much experience!!!

Now I'm planning on my road trip down to ride the real route this summer!!

Funny how a bike class can turn into an adventure before you even leave the building.

Triathlon training season is officially here!

In 17 weeks, I'll be racing @ironmantri 70.3 NYC! I'm training with @scientifictriathlonhq and looking forward to some amazing results. This weekend I am kicking off my Critical Swim Speed 🏊🏻‍♂️, Functional Threshold Heart Rate 🚴🏻‍♂️ and Time Trial 🏃🏻‍♂️ training to set my benchmarks for my workouts.

🏊🏻‍♂️: Lifetime Fitness
🏃🏻‍♂️: Prospect and McCarren Parks

It feels to have a goal and to get back into it!

SO FREAKING PROUD of my team! Look at both of my freshly certified recruiters!!!

Thank you, SMSgt Boodram for coming out to Brooklyn to certify my training as an Enlisted Flight Chief. She was my production superintendent while I was one of the European Recruiting Operations Program Managers at my last assignment so it meant a lot to have her be the one to come out and close out my training here in Brooklyn. I love my job, I love my team and I love this city!! Now it's time to hustle! The greatest thing about this job is that we don't HAVE to do it, we GET to do it. 💙
