Do not run from the work, feel the work.

Day 17ย Challenge:
- Invite the burn. Get in a lunge position and hold it for 2 minutes on each leg.
- Do it again. When you have finishedย the first time, I want you to do it one more time. 2 additional minutes on the left and 2 minutes on the right.
