This morning I led our very first @lifetime.life Dumbo Outdoor Cycle ride, and it was an awesome way to kick things off! We rolled a few laps around Prospect Park and took full advantage of this perfect New York morning.

One of the best parts of Life Time Dumbo is the incredible community we've built, and I'm excited to add outdoor group rides to everything we're already doing. Looking forward to many more miles together.
